This edition of our newsletter is particularly rich in multiple meanings, both nationally and internationally. At the local level, two important tangon festivals are being held in our city. Moreover, many plays and interesting cultural proposals will be opened within the independent circuit. We believe that a nice way to get to know a city, in addition to traditional visits to places of tourist interest, is to engage in its culture. Ours is a restless culture in constant innovation, and particularly during these months many proposals thatreflect both our history and our idiosyncrasy are appearing. The government also launched a series of interesting and original visits and cultural events, as a different way of seeing the city.

At the international level, over the next two months there is a significant nuber of festivals in different countries. We expect that our tango travelers will enjoy them.

 

 


 

News

Throughout the yearthere will be a program that aims to exchange and share recognized tango singers and musicians on both sides of the Rio de la Plata. Argentina and Uruguay share the honor of having a Cultural Heritage of Humanity like the Tango, and celebrate it with performances in Buenos Aires and Montevideo. This program nis conducted in bars and cafes in our city.
